Tori Spelling was reportedly hospitalized again after a normal restaurant outing on Easter Sunday turned ugly.
Tori and her family - husband Dean McDermott and their children Liam, Stella, Hattie and Finn - had just enjoyed brunch at Benihana's in Encino, Calif., and when Spelling got up to leave the restaurant, she tripped and landed on a hot grill.
The 41-year-old actress-turned-reality-star suffered burns to her arm, according to Extra.
Witnesses said the star fell backwards onto the grill, and "shouted out in pain." Spelling immediately began to check her wounds, and she will reportedly be undergoing skin grafts this week.
"You could tell she was hurting, but she was trying to put on a brave face for the sake of her four young children who were quite obviously worried. Dean looked upset too, but you could tell they were doing their best to stay calm and not alarm the children," an insider said.
When the pain worsened, Spelling opted to seek professional help.
Doctors sent her for treatment at Grossman Burn Center in West Hills, and she has been in and out of the hospital ever since.
"She questioned if it was absolutely necessary (to remove damaged skin), but doctors said she risked severe infection and scarring if she didn't act right away," the insider added.
This isn't the first time in recent months that Spelling visited the ER. In Oct. 2014, the reality star was quarantined for Ebola-like symptoms, including a high fever and coughing fits, according to Gossip Cop. In 2011, Spelling was in the hospital after suffering from migraines shortly after giving birth to daughter Hattie Margaret.
Her injuries haven't stopped her from doing business. Spelling is scheduled to do a book signing with her brother Randy on April 25.
McDermott's book "The Gourmet Dad: Easy and Delicious Meals the Whole Family Will Love" is due out April 28, and Tori plans on supporting her husband by being present at all of his events, Yahoo reported.
Before the unfortunate incident, Tori took to Instagram to document the holiday outing, and she and her family members appeared to be enjoying one another's company.
"Happy #Easter from The McDermotts!" she captioned the photo.
