Burger King Employee Gets Fired After Customer Asks For Refund On Milkshake (WATCH)

A Lake Charles, La. Burger King customer filmed footage of an employee reportedly disrespecting her after she asked for a refund on her milkshake. The customer then requested a manager after the worker ignored her request, according to The Blaze. The employee has since been fired, according to a statement from Burger King.

"We are aware of the video posted on Facebook," the statement reads. "Guest satisfaction and service are of the highest priority to everyone at Burger King restaurants. The franchisee that owns and operates this restaurant has terminated the employee involved and has reached out to the guest directly."
