A West Virginia woman claims Disney secretly planted a rubber chip inside her body, according to her lawsuit filed against the entertainment conglomerate.
Julie Lynne Hooker says the Walt Disney Corporation/Enterprise somehow implanted the chip without her knowledge or consent, according to the lawsuit obtained by the West Virginia Record.
Hooker filed the lawsuit in Kanawha Circuit Court last month and is seeking unspecified monetary damages.
It's not clear how Disney allegedly implanted the device, which Hooker called the "d-chip,' inside the plaintiff or where. She cites thorough "intelligence" as her source for the claim.
Hooker is representing herself, the newspaper reported.
