The “NBA 2K14” team is brining back Community Team-Up to get a feel for what its gamers want. Ronnie 2K, your “source for everything 2K” tweeted the announcement Monday.
The team will fly in some of the top “NBA 2K” commentators to play the game before it’s released.
So far, IpodKingCarter and SubTheGamer will be joining Ronnie 2K and LD2K to get an early look at “NBA 2K14.” You can view some of their work below.
According to Gameranx.com, Ronnie 2K and his team will head out to San Francisco to test the game. Many subscribers and followers will be looking forward to their reports.
This is the second time this summer “NBA 2K” has asked for the gamers’ help. Earlier this month LeBron James posted an Instagram video asking gamers to help create this year’s soundtrack. (“NBA 2K13” was executive produced by Jay-Z).
NBA 2K14 has not released a plethora of details in comparison to “NBA Live 14.” However we do know a few things that will be coming to this year’s game.
The team plans to have more authentic celebrations within the game. Golden State Warriors sophomore guard Kent Bazemore was recruited to provide a realer bench presentation.
Also, 14 Euroleague teams will be included in this year.
Finally, the game will feature dunks from NCAA Dunk champion Doug Anderson.
It will be interesting to see how the “NBA 2K14” team will take advantage of the next-gen systems. In the glimpse we got of the PlayStation 4 footage, it looks like there’s quite a bit of potential.
“NBA 2K14” hits stores on Oct. 1 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It will debut for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 later this year.
