Beats Electronics, the renowned headphone company co-founded by rap artist and producer Dr. Dre and Interscope Geffen A&M Chairman Jimmy Lovine, announced Wednesday the introduction of new next generation Studio headphones with a promising new design, sound and in-built rechargeable 20-hour battery.
The new Studio headphones features increased strength and is made of lighter materials, making it 13 percent less heavier than the original Studio headphones. Also, the new "ergonomic" adjustable mechanism around the ear cups allows unrestricted adjustment to the head.
"With the original Studio headphone we set out to prove that people all around the world care enough about sound to invest in it - and we did," Lovine said in a press statement. "Now we are taking it a step further. The new Studio is tuned with balance, accuracy and emotion, has a breathtaking design and truly innovative technology. This is the sound of the future."

Once unplugged, the device is switched off automatically, hence saving charge. The 20-hour, rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery eliminates the need to change them every time they run out of power. The headphone can be charged via its USB port from any outlet.
