Pit Bull, Roscoe, Walks For First Time After Getting Life Changing Surgery On His Legs (VIDEO)

Roscoe the pit bull puppy is finally able to dance around and play when he's happy, thanks to the donations of some amazing humans.

Roscoe arrived at the Asheville Humane Society in North Carolina with a wrist and ligament deformity of his two front legs. To get around he attempted to crawl, but it was causing him to get thick calluses and sores, the humane society explained on their Facebook page.

After sharing Roscoe's story, the humane society raised enough money on You Caring to get him the surgery he needed to give him the second chance at life he deserves.

More than $4,000 was raised for Roscoe and any leftover proceeds are going to be donated to the humane society's Lily Grace Fund, which helps with other animal's medical bills.

Roscoe underwent surgery at Western Carolina Veterinary Surgery and appears to be healing well.
