Miley Cyrus may need to be more careful with her Twitter.
The "We Can't Stop" singer has already created a stir after accidentally posting what appeared to be a private, direct message to her father, hinting that she was about to reveal a big secret of his amid ongoing family drama. Most recently, the star "butt tweeted" a private text message to someone she calls "FEFE."
Who is FEFE? Is it her fiance Liam Hemsworth ("fefe" can be a slang for a significant other or female friend)? A close friend? Or someone else entirely?
In the exchange, she admits to feeling "miserable" and having had been "crying [herself] to sleep," before going on to say she's taking "a zanny to pass out."
"Zanny" is slang for Xanax, a prescription drug used to treat anxiety, panic disorder and insomnia. After texting about the drug, Cyrus went on to say "Would have been nice to have u to talk to for a second," before the message gets cut off.
Cyrus quickly deleted the message before following up with a tweet: "Someone has hacked my twitter. I'm back in action now! Wtf! If that s**t!" before posting:

Stars often use the excuse "someone hacked my Twitter" when they accidentally post something they didn't mean to. Was the private conversation meant to be a direct message, or did Cyrus somehow screencap it on her phone and post it to the world with her butt? Though some fans have speculated that she wanted the conversation to be seen, as it was immediately saved by hundreds of fans seconds before it was deleted, it's far more likely it was an accident, as this has happened to Cyrus before.
Either way, the private message reveals signs that Cyrus is dealing with some tough issues. Her parents most recently called off their impending divorce for the second time, and although Cyrus has been smashing the charts with her latest single and video, the star was in Germany when she sent the accidental tweet, sick with food poisoning, so its also likely she was simply feeling down and homesick during her illness abroad.
