Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed are married! The Vampire Diaries Star tied the knot with The Twilight Star last Sunday at sunset in Santa Monica, California.
Perez Hilton broke the news in his website just a few hours after tweets of the event surfaced. The same website was also one of the first sites who posted the news about the couple's engagement last January. The couple got engaged right after Nikki Reed's divorce to ex-husband Paul McDonald was finalized. This is the second marriage for 26-year old Nikki, and the first for 36-year old Ian. The couple dated for nine months.
E! News also reveals that the couple requested their guests to make a donation to their animal rescue charity in lieu of wedding gifts.
Based from various Twitter posts, the bride wore a long-sleeved dress with lace details, while the groom wore a white suit.
