The 2015 NBA playoffs continue Wednesday with Game 5 of the first-round series between the Brooklyn Nets and the Atlanta Hawks. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream or listen to the radio broadcast via the links listed below.
The series heads back to Atlanta tied at 2-2 after Brooklyn's 120-115 overtime win on Monday. Nets veteran Deron Williams turned in his best performance in recent memory, finishing with 35 points and seven assists, with center Brook Lopez adding 26 points and 10 rebounds.
"We really needed to get this one to stay in the series," Williams told the Associated Press after the game, "and so it was definitely one of my better games this year for sure and probably as a Net."
Williams had totaled only five points in Games 2 and 3 before his offensive explosion in Game 4, and he credited his teammates for not losing faith in him.
"I think we've been rallying around each other the last month or so," said Williams, who went 7-of-11 from behind the arc. "Definitely the guys rallied around me and it means a lot. It just shows we're definitely coming together as a unit. It's taken longer than we thought, but it's happening."
Although Williams has been quiet for most of the series, Hawks center Al Horford suggested it was only a matter of time before the veteran point guard had a huge game.
"We understand and we know that Deron's capable of doing that," Horford said. "You can only contain that type of player for so long. He had three not-so great games. He came out tonight and he was the difference."
DeMarre Carroll and Jeff Teague led the Hawks in scoring with 20 points apiece and were two of the team's six players to score in the double digits.
