Ariel Winter may star on the popular ABC series "Modern Family," but she still gets to experience normal teenage stuff like going to prom.
The 17-year-old Winter attended her school prom with boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette. She posted a few pre-dance photos to her Instagram on Tuesday including one with Gaudette, one with her girlfriends and a cute father-daughter picture with her dad, Glenn Workman.

Each photo showed off her stunning, midnight blue dress with a plunging neckline and open back. She also wore a white-flowered corsage on her left wrist.
Gaudette asked Winter to prom in an unusual way, shown in video that she posted to Instagram last week. He got a friend to jump out of a box with a poster that read, "Prom?" and then pelted a bouquet of flowers at her face. The "Modern Family" star's boyfriend then walked up with another beautiful bouquet and saved her from the onslaught. "Modern Family" airs on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
