4 Fast Facts:
-This is the 141st Kentucky Derby. The prize is $2 million.

-American Pharoah is the favorite to win. The horse won the Rebel Stakes in March and won the Arkansas Derby earlier in April by eight lengths.

-American Pharoah's jockey, Victor Espinoza won the 2014 Kentucky Derby and the 2014 Preakness Stakes with California Chrome. If American Pharoah wins on Saturday, Espinoza would become one of the few jockeys to have ever won three Kentucky Derbys.

-The biggest threat to American Pharoah is Dortmund, according to Yahoo Sports. Dortmund is coming off an impressive four-and-a-half length win at the Santa Anita Derby earlier this month.
