David Ayer has taken a proactive approach to giving fans a first look at his "Suicide Squad" movie before the Internet inevitably leaks it.
The DC director revealed the Task Force X in full costume as well as a masked Deadshot. "Task Force X assembled and ready," Ayer wrote on May 3.
The photo Slipknot (Adam Beach), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), Katana (Karen Fukuhara), Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), an unmasked Deadshot (Will Smith), Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and El Diablo (Jay Hernandez).
Ayer has the squad lined up in front of a sign for Belle Reve, the penitentiary where the group is locked up. They'll be released from prison to carry out special operations for the government to get time taken off their sentences.
The photo of the white masked Deadshot reveals his cybernetic eye which increases his accuracy and provides him with additional mission and target data.
The director last posted a photo on April 24 when he revealed Jared Leto's tattooed Joker on the 75th anniversary of the DC villain.
Filming on "Suicide Squad" began last month and will premiere Aug. 5, 2016.
