Kevin Jonas not only opened up about feeling "depressed" following the break up of the Jonas Brothers in 2013, but he also offered up some advice to former One Direction member Zayn Malik during a recent interview.
"Notice how when [the Jonas Brothers] went dark, we went dark. We didn't do a single interview, we didn't talk to anybody, we just went dark," he recalled while speaking to Elvis Duran on the "Z100 Morning Show" on Wednesday.
"I just got really depressed for a while," the eldest JoBro continued. "There's a mourning process!"
Though the 27-year-old admitted that ending the band at that time was the right decision for him and his two other brothers, he still misses some of the perks of a musician's lifestyle, according to People.
"I miss touring," he said. "I miss seeing people on the road. I miss that adrenaline rush, there's nothing like it. When you go out on stage ... and you greet the crowd, there's nothing like it."
