Kate Upton Boyfriend: Blonde Bombshell Spotted AGAIN With 'Dancing With the Stars' Maksim Chmerkovskiy? (PHOTOS)

Kate Upton was reportedly spotted with "Dancing With the Stars" Maksim Chmerkovskiy on Monday night, reigniting dating rumors.

According to the New York Post, the two were seen holding hands during the "Catch" movie premiere.

"They seemed pretty open about their relationship," a source told the NY Post. You can view the photos of the rumored couple's outing here.

Upton may like to keep mum about her dating life, but the 21-year-old has a busy schedule, so I am not so sure she's concerned about her dating life.

The blonde bombshell was spotted filming her latest project "The Other Woman." However, between shoot the girl knows how to enjoy down her down time.

The Sports Illustrated model was seen walking around New York City's West Village with Lily Aldridge on Tuesday.

According to the Daily Mail, the two ladies enjoyed a late lunch at Pastis brasserie, where they chatted away with the Victoria's Secret Angel.

Upton wore a black tunic dress with a pair of chic nude sandals and attempted to conceal herself behind large sunglasses. Aldrige sported a white tank top and skinny denim trousers that she tucked into a pair of brown leather ankle boots.

The two models looked great, and Upton's killer physique can be credited to ModelFIT programme by Justin Gelband. According to the Daily Mail, Gelband's work-out routine includes zumba, martial arts and functional training, capoeira, Pilates and yoga for staying in shape.

Gelband's work-out regimen will reportedly stretch, strengthen and tone your entire body, as well as firm up your thighs and flatten your abs.

Though a great exercise routine is key, you will not see results if you do not eat a healthy diet.

"Food is absolutely number one," Gelband told Harper's Bazaar. "When I sit down with anyone to discuss their workout regimen, the first thing I say to them is, 'The one thing I really want you to concentrate on now is limiting the amount of things you are putting into your body that you do not need. No sugar (except for berries), no salt, no alcohol, limit your carbs."'

However, Gelband advises people who want a Upton-esque figure to indulge in the carbohydrates from vegetables, brown rice and Ezekiel breads, and only limit your carb intake twice a week.
