Maci Bookout originally threatened to quit "Teen Mom OG" when she learned the MTV series also had invited back Farrah Abraham. The mother of six-year-old son Bentley didn't want to appear on the show with a former porn star, but later changed her mind.
In new sneak peek from Monday's episode, Abraham doesn't hold back in her response to hearing what Bookout had to say about her.
"It's been six years. I'm in a way different place, I'm in a way better place," the mother of six-year-old daughter Sophia told a "Teen Mom OG" producer. "She's in the same place she was in six years ago. Why would I be offended? I think it's just as easy to not work with a fake, f***ed up, piece of s*** person. I've dealt with too much stupid s*** for the last couple of years and I don't have time for it. I don't have time to defend myself because I know what I hear is ignorance."
Abraham appeared in the adult film called "Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom" in 2013. She has since starred on "Couples Therapy" and the MTV special, "Being Farrah" as well as flirting with a music career.
She continued her rant saying, "It's not about porn because if I was really a porn person, then I would have a porn name, like Candy Willow, featuring Ryan [Edwards] her ex-boyfriend who probably looks at my backdoor."
The producer then questioned Abraham about whether she's confused as to why Bookout would return to the show when she seemed to have such a problem with it.
"Maybe I should ask Maci for America why she's here," she said. "It must be hard to be fake. She must need the money."
In another sneak peek, the two ladies face off in front of their fellow "Teen Mom" co-stars and Abraham asks Bookout point-blank, "Hey Maci, why are you here?"
Bookout pauses then tries to answers, but is quickly interrupted by Abraham, who barely lets her speak during their entire interaction. She tries to defend her porn past by saying it doesn't affect the way her little girl looks at her every day and it didn't seem to be a problem with Bentley when they met.
"I don't feel like I need to apologize," the Tennessee native Bookout responds. "I'm not gonna change what I think is right for my son just because it hurt her feelings. I don't mean to hurt her feelings."
Abraham fires back, "Maci, do you even know what's right for your own self?"
She continues to rail against Bookout until she finally gets up and leaves the room. Watch the full clip below.
"Teen Mom OG" airs on Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
