George Zimmerman Released From Hospital After Being Shot in 'Road Rage Incident'

UPDATE, MAY 11 (2:05 p.m.): Zimmerman walked out of his truck, which has a bullet hole in the front passenger side window, to a nearby ambulance under his own power, an eyewitness told WESH on the air. There is another scene connected to the altercation, meaning the shooting may have culminated near the intersection of Lake Mary Boulevard and Rinehart Road but began elsewhere. -- George Zimmerman was involved in a shooting in Lake Mary, Fla., on Monday afternoon, according to NBC Florida Affiliate WESH. Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell told the news station that two men were involved in the shooting and one of them, George Zimmerman, "suffered a minor gunshot wound." According to FOX 35, the altercation was caused by a "road rage incident" and took place near the intersection of Lake Mary Boulevard and Rinehart Road at "around 1:00 p.m." The Miami Herald also acknowledged the report:
