After years of performing at The Laugh Factory - a standup comedy club in Hollywood, Calif., - Dane Cook has been reportedly permanently banned from returning to the famous joint.
A source revealed that the comedian, 43, spoke to a waitress in a vulgar, offensive way.
When the owner approached him about his comments, Cook's attitude got even worse, and the two subsequently got into an argument. Cook allegedly told the owner, "I own this place!" according to mediaite.com.
Cook has been a regular headliner at The Laugh Factory for almost the entire duration of his comedy career.
On April 10, 2007, he set a record by performing on stage for nearly four hours. He then made history at the factory again by performing on stage for seven straight hours on Jan. 1, 2008.
Reps for Cook and The Laugh Factory have yet to comment on the alleged ban, however, Cook's bio is still featured on the comedy club's website, ET reported.
Cook will still perform at other venues, such as Hollywood Improv.
