LGBTQ Rights: Same-Sex Marriage Presided Over by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who Emphasized a Certain Word During the Ceremony

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, wearing her black robe and white lace collar, presided over the wedding of Michael Kahn, the artistic director of the Shakespeare Theater Company in Washington, D.C., and Charles Mitchem, an architect in New York, according to The New York Times.

As Ginsburg pronounced the two men married by the powers granted to her by the constitution of the United States, according to The New York Times, Ginsburg had "a sly look" and placed "special emphasis on the word 'constitution.'"

Some are wondering if that was just a personal touch based on her own beliefs, or if the Supreme Court judge was hinting at the outcome of the Supreme Court's case in which it will rule same-sex marriage constitutional or not.
