Russell Brand Tour Mocks Katy Perry: Comedian Uses Sex Life With ‘Firework’ Singer As Joke Material, Says He Would Think of Other Women

Katy Perry might not to be fond of her ex-husband Russell Brand's newest comedy material. The comedian has been using his sex life with the "Teenage Dream" singer as new material for his comedy sets, the Daily Mail reports.

Brand was performing at The Soho Theatre in London when he referred his relationship with the singer while talking about his battle with infidelity.

"When you're married, it's one person. That's one more than a monk, it's not that different."

"I'd be having sex thinking, 'think of anyone, anyone else," Brand said on stage to about 150 people.

The got divorced in December 2011 after 14 months together. In an interview with Vogue, Perry said that she shockingly found out Brand was divorcing her via text message.

"He's a very smart man, and I was in love with him when I married him. Let's just say I haven't heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me December 31, 2011," she told Vogue.

She also revealed that she used to attend his comedy shows and actually thought he was "hilarious" until she realized that she was the butt if his jokes.

"He started making jokes about me and he didn't know I was in the audience, because I had come to surprise him at one of his shows."

After the London comedy show Brand was seen getting cozy with a brunette. According to the Sun, a UK newspaper, he is trying to make emends with his ex-girlfriend Geri Halliwell.

"Russell had wanted to make things up to Geri after it all ended badly last time they hooked up, so he contacted her when he arrived back in London and suggested meeting up for a yoga-session and a coffee, but she flat-out refuse," a source said.

Perry seems to have moved on from Brand is rumored to be dating John Mayer again.
