It's weird to think that there are celebrities out there who have never shared a selfie, but Eva Mendes has finally posted her first one, and it's for an very good cause.
The 41-year-old actress posted the selfie to Instagram as a way to raise money for a toddler who is battling cancer, PEOPLE reported.
"This is my first selfie and it's for an amazing cause!" the caption reads. "Thank you all so much for helping support Andrew Wilson and his family...Together let's help this family get their son the proper treatment that he needs."
Mendes also posted a photo of the boy to her Facebook in hopes of getting more people to support the cause. "This little guy, Andrew Wilson Wratten, is full of smiles, a ball of energy and VERY special to me," she wrote. "His family spent the last year going through every parent's worst nightmare as they watch their little boy endure grueling treatment and they need our help."
In the black and white selfie, Mendes is sporting a top that says "Hope and Prayers for Andrew Wilson." She promises to sign the shirt and give it away to a very special person that chooses to make a donation in the next 48 hours.
