After David Letterman's last show Wednesday night the "Late Show's" set was immediately taken down by a demolition crew.
Some pieces of the iconic set were spotted being hauled into trucks, while other pieces were seen being tossed away into dumpsters, reported Deadline.
There were some pieces that Letterman couldn't bear parting with and kept for his own, although his rep hasn't specified which pieces they may be.
No plans are being set to auction off any leftover pieces of the set, according to Deadline.
Now that the studio is cleared out, CBS is working with Stephen Colbert to get a new set ready for when he takes over the late night talk show.
Along with the set the studio seating will also be redone, but it's unclear what these changes will look like.
