Cher is the ultimate diva at the age of 69, and Marc Jacobs wants to make sure everyone still knows it.
People began wondering if there was something business-related going on with the two when they showed up together at the 2015 Met Gala, according to the New York Times. It turns out it was a dream come true for the designer.
"This has been a dream of mine for a very, very long time," Jacobs said about attending the event with Cher. "Other boys were fascinated by other things. I was like, no, I'd really much rather see what Cher's wearing this week."
Coincidentally, Cher is now wearing Jacobs' designs, exclusively for the Fall 2015 Line, E! News reports.
The official Marc Jacobs Instagram posted a photo of Cher in an all-black ensemble, looking as fierce as ever. The caption read, "The first face of our Fall '15 ad campaign @Cher."
The designer himself also posted the same photo, hinting that this wasn't all we'd be seeing of Cher in his designs.
"The amazing and beautiful CHER! Photographed by David Sims for our Fall/Winter campaign," the caption read. "This is just the beginning...More to come!!"
