Moving to another house is one thing, but having to say goodbye to the neighborhood recycling man forever and relocate is another.
One 2-year-old Texas boy named Deacon Ross recently went through the latter with his friend O Dee, according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution.
"He struck up this friendship with O Dee," Deacon's mom told USA Today. "I think that this is Deacon's first friend - that he really understands what friendship is."
The Rosses are moving to a house that is not covered by O Dee's pickup route because Deacon's mother has another baby on the way, according to USA Today.
Deacon is not the only one of the Rosses who will miss the special acquaintance they have grown to love and appreciate in a short amount of time.
"It's our last day seeing my brother's friend, O Dee," Deacon's older sister said. "I'll miss you too."
