Shark Cat Rides Roomba In Honor of Shark Week; Kitty Knows How to Operate Robot: 'One Day He Was Riding it When I Got Home' (WATCH)

Cats love Discovery Channel's Shark Week, and show their enthusiasm by riding a Roomba in a shark suit.

Yes, that happened.

Brace yourself for the adorableness of a 12-year-old cat named Max dressed in a shark suit enjoying his Roomba ride.

Helen Arnold, 33, and her husband rescued Max when he was a kitten. The couple found him behind an abandoned house as a kitten, according to GoodMorningAmerica.com.

The "Shark Cat" YouTube video has close to 2 Million hits on since it was posted on Aug. 5.

"He loves to the ride the Roomba," Arnold, told GMA. "He does it pretty much every day. Sometimes I put it away, and if the Roomba is hidden somewhere in the corner, he just sits there and looks at me."

However, the shark outfit was originally intended for Arnold's pet dog.

"I do costumes for Halloween and my dog's name is Shark, so we've been looking for a shark costume for him," Arnold told GMA. "But I haven't found a good shark costume for a dog, so I bought this one and it didn't fit him so we tried it on the cat."

The couple discovered Max's love for the Roomba five years ago when they purchased the vacuum.

"One day he was riding it when I got home," Arnold said. "It was scary. He knows how to press the button."

Arnold brags about her cute pets on her official website, HelensPets.com.

"Max LOVES to use his three years old iRobot Roomba vacuum 560, he can be on the Roomba Vacuum for very long time. He is a PRO - and ONLY cat in the World with this kind of Roomba riding skill," Arnold wrote.
