Johnny Manziel, Cleveland Browns quarterback, was caught in an incident with a fan this weekend.
The fan started to harass Manziel in the pool area while the football star was at the AT&T Byron Nelson golf tournament on Saturday, Erik Burkhardt, his agent, told Northeast Ohio Media Group.
The 18-year-old was harassing Manziel for an autograph and then started to talk trash. A fed-up Manziel responded by throwing a water bottle at him.
A friend of Manziel's told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler what had happened and Fowler took to Twitter to report the incident.
Per friend w/ Manziel: Fan tried to grab JM in course, told him 'good luck never starting in NFL.' JM threw empty bottle like a FB spike

The bottle did not hit the fan, but hotel security and police eventually had to step in and try to put a stop to the situation.
Representatives for the Irving police told TMZ that no charges against Manziel or the fan have been filed and that Manziel showed no signs of intoxication.
