It's been less than two months since reality star mogul Kim Kardashian gave birth to her adorable daughter North West, whom the world has yet to see, and sources reveal to Radar Online that the new mom is worried about being forgotten, and is subsequently planning a big comeback for her return to the spotlight.
Not only is a kid's fashion line (inspired by baby Nori, of course) likely in the works, word is that Kardashian is waiting until she gets her pre-baby body back in shape before making her first public appearance since her pregnancy. As for Nori, the 32-year old reality star allegedly has plans to sell photos of her and Kanye West's daughter to magazines, though she's worried that by the time she steps back into the limelight, the excitement over seeing her will be gone.
"Kim is used to having millions of adoring fans begging to see her all the time, but there has been a shift in her fan base and she's getting nervous that people don't care as much about her," a source close to Kim dished to Radar. "After all the excitement the whole world had for Kate Middleton's royal baby Kim had hoped that people would care about her that much, but now she's freaking out that they're not."
It's certainly true that the birth of Prince George has been a much more celebrated and well-covered event than Kim Kardashian's birth to baby Nori, in part because the star and her boyfriend West have kept their lives so private over the past few months, and of course, because the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are national figures.
"Kim's scared that she is going to be forgotten and that she won't be the most famous mom anymore," the source added. "Kim has had this plan to show off how great she looks after giving birth and selling the pictures or videos for a lot of money, but she's getting worried that it's been too long and people aren't as excited about seeing her anymore."
Though we did get a sneak peek of Kardashian's face when she surprised her mom Kris Jenner on her new talk show "Kris" with a pre-recorded video message, aside from a pic of the star sticking out her tongue, that's just about all we've gotten so far.
A Hollywood Life source explained recently that due to breastfeeding, Kardashian is "losing weight easily," though when she does decide to reappear to the public, we wonder if she really will have her baby girl in tow, as Kanye West is notoriously grumpy around the paparazzi and has strict requirements for keeping Nori away from the limelight, though he is reportedly enjoying fatherhood otherwise so far.
