New photos of Val Kilmer showing the once healthy actor looking very thin and wearing two neck scarves are once again raising questions about the actor's health.
Kilmer, 55, is rumored to be battling a throat tumor.
The "Batman Forever" star was spotted in Malibu on Sunday and was wearing both a blue bandanna and a pink scarf around his neck, according to the New York Daily News.
In one of the pics, the reclusive actor can be seen trying to hide his face.
Since his first public hospitalization in January, Kilmer has become even more reclusive. He was brought to the hospital for the suspected throat tumor and had to go back in February for a "complication."
Kilmer, who is a practicing Christian Scientist, is said to have declined most medical treatments for the possible throat ailment, which has concerned his family, News Max reports.
Christian Science followers are known to believe that prayers heal over medical treatment. Those pushing Kilmer to seek medical help were simply cut out of his life, according to the Daily Mail.
When issues about his medical condition trended on social media, the "Doors" star took to Facebook, on Jan. 31, to tell fans that he was touched by their concern and denied that he had a tumor or had undergone any kind of operation.
