Matt and Amy Roloff, stars of the TLC series "Little Couple, Big World," have filed for divorce after 27 years of marriage, according to People. They first separated in March 2014.
"After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce," the couple said in a statement to People.
The Roloffs have four grown children including 25-year-old twins, Jeremy and Zack, their 21-year-old sister, Molly, and little brother, 18-year-old Jacob. Zack and his parents are diagnosed dwarfism.
"We are proud of what we have accomplished together, including raising four wonderful children who have grown to become remarkable adults and building our strong and ongoing successful businesses," the couple said.
"Little Couple, Big World" aired a shortened eighth season last fall. The show ran for six straight seasons from 2006 to 2010 and then ran special episodes over the next couple years.
Matt and Amy will continue to work "side by side" on their family farm near Portland, Ore.
"Our kids and our ever growing family, and the love and support we have for them, will be our priority," they said.
"We will continue to work together side by side in the daily responsibilities for our many current ventures. We would like to thank our family, friends and all our fans for their continued support and understanding during this difficult time."
