Tom Arnold and Ashley Groussman enlisted their 2-year-old son, Jax, to make the adorable announcement that he would soon be a big brother.
"Jax is very excited but also a bit confused with the happy news he will have a little sister this fall. #grateful," Arnold tweeted on Monday along with an adorable photo of Jax holding a sonogram of the new baby.
Due to a low sperm count, the 56-year-old comedian struggled for years to impregnate his former wives, which included Roseanne Barr, Julie Lynn Champnella and Shelby Roos. Arnold revealed to Wendy Williams in a 2013 interview that he went through 21 rounds of vitro fertilization during his previous marriages.
"I didn't think it was in the cards for me, to be honest, and so I was completely shocked," the "Sin City Saints" star told the ladies of "The View" after he announced the first pregnancy.
Dax Shepard offered to donate his own sperm to his "Hit and Run" co-star, but Groussman wanted to keep trying. Arnold also received some assistance from Sharon Stone, who suggested someone to help the couple get pregnant. They finally welcomed Jax in April 2013.
Arnold and Groussman married in 2009.
