"American Horror Story" is already two-episodes deep into its fifth season titled "Hotel," but one the TV show's most famous members has yet to appear. Angela Bassett's mysterious character Ramona Royale will makes her debut on this week's episode called "Mommy," according to Entertainment Weekly.

Bassett's character Ramona has a very strong "and real nasty relationship" with Lady Gaga's character the Countess. Ramona is an old lover of the Countess and is an actress who does not call the Hotel Cortez her home, but visits the establishment frequently. The Countess previously hurt Ramona in an unknown way, and now she is out for revenge along with Matt Bomer's character Donovan.

"They are powerful women at opposite sides and at odds with one another, each believing that they're right," Bassett explains of Ramona.

The third episode explores what Donovan is doing after being dumped by the Countess. Donovan is forced to leave the Cortez to feed his ancient blood curse and sets his eyes on a new victim, who turns out to be Ramona, reported The International Business Times. The episode will also feature the internal struggles of Chloë Sevigny's character Alex after her missing son Holden is brought up. Alex previously thought that her son was dead after he went missing, but her daughter revealed that he was alive and living in the Hotel Cortez.

Bassett first appeared on the third season of "American Horror Story" known as "Coven."

"American Horror Story: Hotel" airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
