The mystery surrounding the death of an Oklahoma teen who was found next to his teeth along the side of a highway in September 2023 is finally starting to unravel, as discovered in his full autopsy report.

The autopsy obtained by People Magazine provides new insight into nineteen-year-old Noah Presgrove's final hours.

According to the nine-page report, Preston had attended a house party on September 3 and had begun drinking, when, at some point during the party, he left to ride in an ATV Ranger vehicle with several men, which resulted in a rollover incident.

The narrative provided explains Presgrove being alive following the accident and returning to the party, where he then got into an argument, left, and was subsequently found the next morning on the Jefferson County highway by a passing truck driver.

The medical examiner stated Noah had died of multiple brain lacerations, including on the cerebellum and temporal lobe, with basal skull fractures splitting the middle base of his skull into two and several rib fractures.

Four cervical neck fractures and a laceration on the left surface of the tongue were also found in the autopsy.

However, despite new information, the manner of Noah's death remains "undetermined," reported medical examiner Leonardo Roquero.

Roquero described the state in which the teen was found.

"Three pieces of a white metal chain" and "part of a tooth" were several feet from his body, along with a pair of his white printed shorts.

A clump of hair was in the highway lane, and another chunk of hair was on his right butt cheek "without blood or tissue."

There was also a drawing in black ink of a stick-figure person etched into the side of his right thigh.

A toxicology report was administered for signs of amphetamine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, opiates, PCP, barbiturates, and benzodiazepines.

All came back negative, with only one testing positive for alcohol.

Forensic toxicologist Angelica Harper noted that the tests are not designed to detect oxycodone, methadone, or clonazepam.

Noah's brother, Dailen Presgrove, told People that "the report answers some questions but also raises many more."

Dailen's family has started a GoFundMe to help cover the costs of hiring a private investigator, expressing that he doesn't know what to believe following countless rumors spread through the small Oklahoma town.
