A Detroit man who stabbed his son-in-law after he was caught in bed naked with his own daughter, also the son-in-law's wife, has been arrested and is now under police custody.

Henry Michael Allen, 47, was charged with one count of felonious assault and one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder before the 50th District Court in Detroit on Wednesday, according to CBS Detroit.

The incident took place late afternoon on Saturday when Allen's 25-year-old son-in-law arrived home and found his wife with Allen, her father, sleeping together in bed unclothed.

The son-in-law woke up Allen and both of them got involved in an altercation outside of the home, where Allen proceeded to stab him in the back with a knife. He then grabbed his son-in-law's car and drove away.

Allen's daughter revealed that she and her father went out drinking and passed out after she came home. She had no idea about what took place until her husband woke her up and had reason to believe that her father sexually assaulted her.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and was treated for a lung that may have possibly been punctured, as well as other non-life-threatening injuries. Allen, on the other hand, remains at Oakland County Jail under a $75,000 cash bond, according to The Detroit News.
