Actress and celebrity chef Tia Mowry slammed pregnancy rumors yet again and took on her body-shaming Instagram trolls in a recent interview with HuffPost Live, the Huffington Post reported. The Cooking Channel star dished about how she responds to rude comments on social media.

Mowry sat down with host Nancy Redd and discussed an Instagram post she made a few months ago when pregnancy rumors began to surface. At the time, Mowry uploaded a photo of a Clear Blue pregnancy test with the words "Just fat" photoshopped into the results window. Mowry told Redd that even though she clearly stated that she was not expecting baby number two with her actor husband Cory Hardrict, commenters still ask if she's pregnant on Instagram.

"Guys, I am not pregnant, I am just happy. I've gained these extra whatever, 10, 15 pounds because of my cooking show," she explained, laughing. "Honey, I eat my food."

Mowry's Cooking Channel show, "Tia At Home," premiered earlier this year and is in its second season, according to IMDB. A recent episode was dedicated to holiday dinner and dessert recipes, and Mowry is taking advantage of her own home-cooked meals.

"I'm just enjoying life and when I wanna drop the pounds, I will, but right now I'm happy with who I am," Mowry said. "But it is a form of body shaming, I will say that, and it's pretty unfortunate. We live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect."

She went on to explain the positive way she responds to the rude social media trolls who leave mean comments about her appearance.

"I say, 'Is that how you love yourself?'" Mowry said. "It has to stop."
