Damon Dash rose to fame in the '90s as hip-hop artist Jay Z's former manager and part owner of his record label, Roc-A-Fella Records. However, all of the money and power that he earned as a hip hop mogul caused a major rift between him and his older brother Bobby Dash and his younger brother Jeremy Dash, and the siblings are seeking treatment on VH1's newest reality TV series "Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn."

The brothers made their first appearance on the show during last week's episode, joining former "Jackass" star Bam Margera and his mother April, Michael and Dina Lohan (actress Lindsay Lohan's estranged parents), former "Teen Mom 3" stars Briana and Brittany DeJesus, and former "Flavor of Love" star Tiffany "New York" Pollard and her mother Michelle "Sister" Patterson.

In a sneak peek for the Wednesday episode of the series, licensed psychotherapist Jenn Mann leads the group into an exercise where they each are to write down the name of the person they think holds all of the power in their family's dynamic. She starts with the Damon brothers, and Jeremy reveals that he feels Bobby is the one who is in charge of their dynamic.

Jeremy, an actor who played small roles in "Blue Bloods" and "Cop Out," said that he doesn't talk to Damon especially because he feels snubbed since Damon wouldn't allow him to have a role in any of his previous films.

"See how disrespectful he gets?" Damon tells Dr. Jenn, revealing that he believes he holds all the power over his brothers because he's the one with the most connections in the industry.

He says that he tries to keep the family together by encouraging his brothers to reconcile their differences with each other, but Jeremy disagrees.

The brothers go back and forth, with Damon criticizing Jeremy and questioning his manhood, calling him a "boy" because he says Jeremy still lives at home with his 70-year-old mother.

Bobby jumps in to defend Jeremy and explains how he helped Damon build his Roc-A-Fella records empire, but Damon discredited Bobby's support by saying that the only reason he didn't fire them is because they were family. Bobby hits back at Damon, telling him he's "nothing."

"Damon," Dr. Jenn interrupts. "All three of you disrespect each other."

"I don't disrespect nobody until I'm disrespected," Bobby explains. "And I'm not gonna just sit here and let him just beat [Jeremy] down."

"I have a beautiful one bedroom apartment that's next door to my mother," Jeremy explains. "If she needs me, I'm there. I love her to death, and if in your reality that makes me less of a man, then go f--k your reality. I don't care."
