Little by little, details are emerging about what led to Bobbi Kristina Brown's almost drowning and hospitalization. The 21-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston was found face down in a filled bathtub on Jan. 31 and was rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga.

According to E! News, officials believe Brown might have been submerged under water for 15 minutes before being found. It's still not clear what happened during the hours of Saturday morning but police have confirmed that a visit from a Comcast Xfinity cable technician prompted Brown's partner, Nick Gordon, and a friend to go search for her.

The two did not believe anything was wrong but needed Brown to give the cable guy some information. Max Lomas, a friend of Brown and Gordon, told police that when she didn't answer his knocks on the bathroom door, he went in.

After pulling Brown from the tub, Lomas said he immediately called for Gordon. According to officials, Lomas dialed 911 while Gordon performed CPR on Brown. According to E!, the aspiring actress could have gone at least 30 minutes without "any significant oxygen flow to her respiratory system."

As soon as paramedics arrived they began life-saving measures and were able to revive Brown. E! also reported that police are beginning to question Lomas' story because he allegedly changed what he initially said.

When Lomas was first questioned, he told the police that the bathroom door was locked but later retracted his story saying that he couldn't remember if it was unlocked or not.

Police also discovered that Lomas and Gordon were at a party together Friday night, while Brown stayed home. Police believe she may have had company but they have yet to verify this information. Lomas reportedly suggested that maybe his girlfriend hung out at the house with Brown while the boys partied.

Her father, Bobby Brown, is also working with police to figure out what happened. Earlier in the week the 46-year-old revealed to media outlets that his daughter was never legally married to Gordon.

"We are currently investigating the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina," the r&b singer said in a statement. "To correct earlier reports, Bobbi Kristina is not and has never been married to Nick Gordon."
