Just days after Bobbi Kristina Brown was moved to hospice care, lawsuits that were filed against her boyfriend Nick Gordon have been released, claiming that he has not only stolen money from Bobbi Kristina, but abused her as well.
Bobbi Kristina's conservator filed the lawsuits against Gordon, who Bobbi Kristina happened to be living with at the time she was found unconscious in her bathtub back in January, according to Extra.
The lawsuits reveal some very interesting information about their relationship and the way Gordon treated her, even after she was placed in a medically induced coma following the incident. A copy of the files obtained says that Gordon "caused, among other things, substantial bodily harm, even after Brown's hospitalization, and while she was in a coma, (Gordon) accessed Brown's bank account(s) and stole in excess of $11,000 from Brown's bank account(s)."
The lawsuit goes on to say that he claimed he was married to Brown to get a significant amount of her money "without the consent or authorization of Brown." It also states that he had abused Bobbi Kristina, "including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair."
The most shocking revelation of this entire lawsuit, though, is the date in which their last argument occurred: Jan. 31, the same date she was found unresponsive, according to Us Weekly.
Bobbi Kristina had once told someone that he "was not the man she thought he was," and she set a time on Jan. 31 to meet up with this confidant, but with all that happened that day, she never made it to the meeting and has been in the hospital since. "The document claims that she got into a 'loud argument' with Gordon in her home before she was found unresponsive." He also allegedly transferred $11,000 from her account shortly after she was hospitalized.
Gordon took control over Bobbi Kristina's entire life. He would tell her who she could and couldn't see, would answer her cell phone and wouldn't allow her to do much, especially make appointments without his permission, which is why she set up the secret meeting with her confidant on Jan. 31, according to WXIA-11. She never made it to the meeting, though, because of the "loud argument" the couple got into.
"The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious," the lawsuit said. "Face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out." She was found by a friend later while Gordon was home in another room.
Gordon's rep declined to make any comments on the lawsuit or what happened on Jan. 31. His Twitter account was suddenly made private on Thursday following the news, International Business Times reported. His last tweet was sent out on Wednesday following the news of Bobbi being moved to hospice care.
"We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don't give up hope," it read.
