Oklahoma Shooting: Taiwanese Animators Create Video Of Christopher Lane's Murder (WATCH)

The Oklahoma shooting of Australian college baseball player Christopher Lane, has made global headlines, so it wasn't soon before long Taiwanese Animation firm picked up his story, creating a video on their take of the story.

Lane, 22, was allegedly shot and killed by three "bored" teens, who chose their victim at random, according to ABC News. Chancey Luna, 16, James Edwards, 15, and Michael Jones, 17 are reportedly charged with first-degree murder.

The victim was jogging along a road in Duncan, Okla., Friday afternoon, when the suspects allegedly followed him down the street. Lane was originally from Melbourne, Australia and was attending East Central University, where he majored in business and finance.

"They were bored and just wanted to see somebody die," Duncan Police Chief Danny Ford told ABCNews.com about the crime.

Taiwanese animators from Next Media Animation caught wind of the story, and created a video on "their take of the tragic event." There are the same animators who created videos of "Two And A Half Men" actor Charlie Sheen's scandals about two years ago.

The animators made the following statement in the video:

"Maybe it's time politicians and lobbyists actually get serious about gun control, or just let everyone keep their guns. Let's just outlaw bullets instead."

YouTubers posted their reactions to the crime in the comment section of the video:

Former Deputy Prime Minister Tim Fischer of Australia agrees. He urged the Australian people to boycott visiting the United States in light of Lane's murder. According to the NY Post, Fischer believes America needs "tighter gun control."

"Tourists thinking of going to the USA should think twice,'' Mr. Fischer said. "This is the bitter harvest and legacy of the policies of the NRA that even blocked background checks for people buying guns at gunshows...People should take this into account before going to the United States...I am deeply angry about this because of the callous attitude of the three teenagers (but) it's a sign of the proliferation of guns on the ground in the USA...There is a gun for almost every American.''
