Rapper YG is on a steady road to recovery after being shot on June 12 in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to HipHopDX. The Compton, Calif.-born MC has even cleaned out his Instagram posts and left a nude photo of himself with a very optimistic post.
"#STILLKRAZY "ALBUM KOMING SOON," the west coast rapper wrote.
The lyricist was also not afraid to set the record straight about his situation.
"I mention it and talk about it on the record and let everyone know what and let everyone know whatever they going to know," the MC told HipHopDX. "I've been through real s**t and I still go through real s**t and I made it in sticky situations and turned the negative into a positive."
While he is still not up to par, the MC is not backing down – just like when he went back into the studio to record music for his soon-to-be-released album “Still Krazy,” the day after he was wounded, according to a Billboard video interview.
