Carrie Underwood Locked Out Of Car – Breaks Window To Save Son And Dogs

UPDATE: Underwood later clarified on Twitter that it was her brother-in-law that actually broke the window.

"I should clarify. My bro-in-law was actually the window breaker in the "dogs-locked-the-car-door" incident today! But all is good now she tweeted," she tweeted and then added, "Minus the broken window, of course."

Carrie Underwood immediately went into super-mom mode when she found her car doors locked and her baby boy still inside. The country superstar broke a window to rescue her four-month-old son Isaiah after her dogs accidentally locked her out.

"When your dogs manage to lock themselves, all your stuff & the baby in the car & you have to break a window to get in. #WhatAreTheChances," Underwood tweeted about the terrifying experience on Saturday.

The 32-year-old singer received messages of support from her fans and a few famous friends, including Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and "2 Broke Girls" star, Beth Behrs.

"@carrieunderwood Oh. My. Word. I know your heart stopped!! Glad all your babies are okay!!!" Scott tweeted.

"@carrieunderwood omg! terrifying!!!" Behrs commented.

Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher welcomed their first child on Feb. 27. She plans to record a song about Isaiah for her new album, but originally had no intention of producing such a track.

“I kind of tried to stay away from it,” Underwood told USA Today in June. “I didn’t want to force anything or have anything be cheesy or weird, like ‘Oh, she had a baby, so she’s singing about her baby.’ It just kind of happened one day.”
