Just one month after giving birth to Prince George, Kate Middleton is back to her naturally slim and svelte figure, as the Duchess was recently spotted and photographed out shopping at a local supermarket, US Weekly reports.
The Duchess kept things casual during her outing, wearing a pair of black skinny jeans, a striped, black and white long-sleeved shirt and a comfy pair of moccasins, her hair pulled back in a ponytail.
"She's hardly done anything to lose the weight...She looks incredible," a Middleton family source said to Us Weekly. "Kate's still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant has just melted off. She's not dieting. After giving birth, she did continue with her yoga."
Just a day after giving birth to the new heir to the throne, Middleton and Prince William stepped outside of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London, proudly showing off their son to the world. Middleton wore a blue polka-dot maternity dress that showed off her post-baby belly for the occassion, her body positive attitude an inspiration to millions of women around the world to be proud of their own figures after giving birth, as it takes time for a woman's body to return to its original shape.
Currently, Middleton and her husband have been staying in Anglesey, Wales while Prince William continues his work as a search-and-rescue pilot, their own Kensington Palace residence, Apartment 1A, currently finishing renovations.
"They've been in Anglesey for almost a couple of weeks and their lives are much more active there - lots of walking, lots of time in the outdoors," the source told Us Weekly. "And the weather has been great. I'm sure they have been making the most of it."
The royal couple had been reportedly planning to stay in Bucklebury, Berkshire at the Middleton family manor for up to six more months, but it looks like they have decided to stay closer to Prince William's place of work. The two have expressed interest in being independent parents, and though Carole Middleton has been at her daughter's side to help raise the baby, the Duke and Duchess have mostly been going at it by themselves, without the aide of a nanny...yet.
Last week, in an interview with CNN, Prince William dished that his son is "growing quite quickly...But he's a little fighter. He kind of, he wriggles around quite a lot. And he doesn't want to go to sleep that much, which is a little bit of a problem. He's a little bit of a rascal, put it that way. So he either reminds me of my brother or me when I was younger. I'm not sure. But he's doing very well at the moment."
