As someone who is known for documenting her milestones on Instagram, the 24-year-old celebrated six years at her job in a dermatology office, according to Us Weekly. Wearing a white blouse and long coat, you can see a tiny bump starting to show. "Celebrated six years working for the best people I know," she captioned the mirror selfie. "This place is my home (I actually have a job #shocker)"
