Cara Delevingne and her girlfriend St. Vincent are "very much" still together despite rumors that the couple called it quits.
Page Six reported Monday that the 22-year-old model and the 32-year-old musician had split after eight months of dating. However, a source told the Daily Mail Online the long-distance couple "couldn't be happier" with their relationship.
The pair have been rumored to be dating since December 2014, but lately have been spending time apart due to work commitments - St. Vincent also known as Annie Clark is currently touring in Europe and Delevingne is promoting her latest film "Paper Towns" which hit theaters on July 24.
"They're still together and very happy. Everyone seems to want them to split up - but the fact is Annie is in Europe on tour and Cara is working in the States," the source said. "They couldn't be happier and the latest reports are yet again just ridiculous."
The "Suicide Squad" actress opened up for the first time about her relationship with St. Vincent during an interview with Vogue Magazine's July issue, saying, "I think that being in love with my girlfriend is a big part of why I'm feeling so happy with who I am these days. And for those words to come out of my mouth is actually a miracle."
Without confirming whether she was gay or bisexual, the young model opened up about falling in love with a woman for the first time.
"It took me a long time to accept the idea until I first fell in love with a girl at 20 and recognized that I had to accept it," she shared. "But I have erotic dreams only about men. I had one two nights ago where I went up to a guy in the back of a VW minivan, with a bunch of his friends around him, and pretty much jumped him."
Adding, "The thing is, if I ever found a guy I could fall in love with, I'd want to marry him and have his children. And that scares me to death because I think I'm a whole bunch of crazy, and I always worry that a guy will walk away once he really, truly knows me."
