Khloe Kardashian is in the best shape of her life, proving that hard work really does pay off.
The 31-year-old reality star is constantly posting pictures of herself at the gym and posing for selfies showing off her newly toned body, and she should be damn proud because she has worked her butt off to get to this point. (Okay, her butt is technically still there, and it looks bigger and better than ever) After proving through many photos that she's lost weight, she's finally revealed exactly how much she has lost.
"When I'm in L.A. I go hard [on her workouts] and I've lost, like, 35 pounds," she revealed to the Australian radio show NOVA FM, according to Entertainment Tonight. "I don't really weigh myself, but over time, and I'm not crazy about it. It's like, I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting once you start losing weight and seeing results. You're like, 'I wanna see more.'"
Through spin classes, Pilates, waist training, and tough training sessions with her trainer Gunnar, Kardashian has grown to love exercising.
"Now, I'm so into it," she continued to say. "Even this morning, I've been up since 2:30 just because I was jetlagged and I couldn't sleep, and I still went to the gym this morning...but I make sure that I go. And even 30 minutes you feel, 'Ok, I feel good about myself,' and then if you want to eat something or whatever, you don't feel so bad."
All of this comes just a few days after her most talked about magazine cover was released. Kardashian was featured in a super-sexy photoshoot for Complex magazine and she had no problem showing off her famous booty, slim waist and rock hard abs. She even thanked her sister, Kim, for giving her the confidence she needed. She even shared a side by side shot of the untouched and retouched photo to prove to the haters that barely any of it was photo shopped.
"I have to shout out and thank my incredibly supportive sister @kimkardashian for forcing me to do this complex shoot," she captioned a photo from the shoot. "I have been procrastinating it because I was too scared to do the shoot! But Kimberly made me and had more confidence in me then I had in myself!! I love you Keeks!"
About five months ago, she shared one of her best body shots, showing off the start of her abs, revealing just what it took to get to this point. "My fitness journey will be a life long journey," she wrote. "Fitness is not about being better than someone else...It's about being better than you used to be. I'm not where I want to be and who knows if I ever will be. But I am healthier than ever and due to my consistent workouts, I am slowly seeing results."
Her most important post, though, may have been the side-by-side one she shared of herself now next to a photo of herself on a red carpet from 2010. Her caption was filled with encouraging words, making her a true inspiration to anyone suffering with self-esteem or weight loss issues.
"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was," she wrote. "People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up."
