The “Fast & Furious 7” cast continues to grow as they’ve added another actress for the summer 2014 movie.
Bollywood star Deepika Padukone was selected to join the cast, according to The Times of India.
There is no word on what part Padukone will play but this is no shock since there has been new of other actors and actresses joining the cast without a clue as to what part they are playing.
According to IBTimes.co.uk, the 27-year old’s is currently filming a movie called “Happy New Year” with fellow Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.
Koimoi.com reported this will be Padukone’s Hollywood debut.
Podukone isn’t the only international star joining the powerhouse movie franchise.
Taiwanese action star Tony Jaa is also coming to “Fast & Furious 7.” He will add his skills to other action greats in the film such as Jason Statham, Vin Diesel, and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
“Fast & Furious 7” will be Jaa’s first English-speaking movie.
"I have been a big fan of the Fast and Furious franchise," Jaa said in an email according to the The Hollywood Reporter. "The films are fast-paced, fun and keep the audience involved. There is a great mix of humor and action, something I really appreciate. There is no better film to be involved in for a first U.S. studio production."
Also joining the cast are mixed martial arts fighter Ronda Rousey and veteran actor Kurt Russell.
Universal Studios is hoping the movie does as well as—or even better than—“Fast & Furious 6” which has earned more than $750 million globally.
“Fast & Furious 7” is scheduled to hit theaters July 11, 2014.
