A real-life Bambi baby deer and a Thumper bunny rabbit were filmed playing together in the Lula W. Dorsey Museum’s yard in Colorado, according to ABC News.
Two of the attraction’s volunteer guides, Steve and Vicky Johnsen captured the spectacular sight on film on Aug 6.
The two enjoyed each other’s company so much to the delight of onlookers, one YMCA of the Rockies employee told the media outlet.
“It just brightens everyone’s day when they watch it,” Martha Sortland said. “No one had seen the deer and the rabbit playing around before and [Steve and Vicky] randomly captured it at the right moment,” Sortland said.
The footage garnered over 132,000 views on Facebook as of Tuesday, according to ABC News. However, the number has quickly grown to 364,953 views and counting since Wednesday.
"We guarantee this video will brighten your day! Taken at the Lula W. Dorsey Museum at Estes Park Center,” the organization said on social media. “Thanks to Steve and Vicky Johnsen, volunteers at the Estes Park Center, for capturing this adorable moment!”
