Most people would be embarrassed by falling on stage on live TV in front of thousands of people, but not Sarah Hyland. While stepping on stage with "Pitch Perfect's" Skylar Astin to present the first award of the night at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards, Teen Choice Comedian, the 24-year-old "Modern Family" star really made an entrance, according to E! News. Hyland tripped over her own feet but luckily caught herself before she actually fell to the ground. She accidentally yelled "Are you f--king kidding me!" but quickly covered her mouth laughing at herself.
She eventually gained her balance and told the audience, "I do that sometimes guys. I'm awkward." Astin, laughing along with her, quickly added, "We're the first ones, you know what I mean?"
Hyland, who stunned in a matching yellow two-piece crop top and shorts outfit, took to social media after the show to joke about it even more. "You guys. I tripped. I tripped on camera," she tweeted. "I tripped on stage in front of all you #mylife #clumsyforlife."
Hyland also took to Instagram to share a few photos from the night in a fun collage. "This sums up my #teenchoiceawards," she captioned the photo, which included a picture of her falling alongside some of Hyland, Maia Mitchell and Camila Cabello. "Matching shoes and annoying @maiamitchell. Freaking out over @camila_cabello's skirt. And tripping on stage. Wouldn't change it for the world."
