Kim Kardashian, along with her 5-year-old nephew Mason Disick, made a seriously ill fan's day by showing up unannounced Saturday to meet her in the hospital.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star posted a selfie on Instagram of herself with a fan named Anissa, who was able to get her wish to meet Kardashian granted through the Make-A-Wish foundation, which works with children with life-threatening illnesses, according to E!.
"Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa!" wrote Kardashian. "Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!"
This isn't the first time Kardashian has paid a fan a visit. Earlier this month, she flew out to New Orleans to celebrate the 21st birthday of one of her fans, according to MTV.
Kardashian recently surpassed Beyoncé to become the most popular person on Instagram, with over 44 million followers, reported Us Weekly.
The reality star is expecting a baby boy, her second child, with rapper Kanye West in December.
