We have seen cats with different looks. Some have a unique appearance due to illness or defects, while others are just born that way. If you are a cat lover, then here is another cat that will surely be a perfect addition to the famous cats you follow on social media.
Meet Loki. She is a cat with vampire teeth. Yes, she looks like a vampire cat, but she doesn't suck blood. The cat's unique look has garnered her a huge social media following.
Loki's owner Kaetlyn first met the cat while she was working at Chittenden County Humane Society in Burlington, Vt. Loki had been hiding in the office since other animals kept attacking her.
"I first saw her peeking out of a desk drawer she'd weaseled into," Kaetlyn said, according to The Huffington Post. "She wasn't happy to see me, and according to the staff, she really didn't like anyone but a select few employees. For whatever reason I felt drawn to her sweet face despite our bad first impressions, and I adopted her soon after. For the next few months, she avoided me as much as possible and hid under my bed."
Later on, Loki learned to trust her owner and started showing her affectionate side.
"As for her unique look, the only thing the shelter addressed was her eye that didn't close," Kaetlyn said about Loki's appearance. "They said it was healthy but she wasn't able to close it. She's been to the vet three times in the last year, and no one has made mention of her teeth or why she looks the way she does. Still a mystery."
