Taylor Swift's new video for her song "Wildest Dreams" made its debut right before the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony on Sunday night.
Swift channels her inner old Hollywood starlet in the video, complete with dark, sexy hair and her signature red lipstick. Actor and heartthrob Scott Eastwood stars alongside Swift in the video. Eastwood and Swift play love interests in a safari-themed movie in an homage to the 1985 film, "Out of Africa," according to MTV.
In true Swift style, she gets into a fight with the hunky Eastwood and by the time it's time to walk down the red carpet at the imaginary film's premiere, the couple is already over. Swift runs out of the theater looking like an angel in a white gown with a white fur stole draped around her shoulders.
Eastwood was happy to land the role as Swift's leading man in her new video, even though their on-screen romance didn't last. He posted a photo on Instagram from the video shoot with a sweet message about working with Swift.
"What an amazing time working with @taylorswift Not only is she a rockstar. But someone I am proud to call a friend," he wrote in the caption. "She is a great person and those are hard to find in your life. When you do.... Hold tight."
