Rihanna's launch of her new perfume "RiRi" at a Macy's in Brooklyn, N.Y. was disrupted by a group of anti-fur protesters on Monday.
As you can see in the video below, the animal-rights activists interrupted the event, waving placards that read, "Who Died For Your Coat?" and, "Skinned Alive." The protesters chanted, "Shame on Rihanna. Fifty dead animals, one fur coat," while marching through the department store before they were removed by security personnel, according to Daily Mail.
This isn't the first time the "Umbrella" singer has drawn criticism from animal rights activists, In 2012, PETA slammed the pop star after photos were released of the singer wearing snakeskin boots, according to TMZ.
In a similar incident, a mob of angry anti-fur protesters attacked Kim Kardashian at a book signing in New York City for wearing fur a fur coat earlier this year, as HNGN previously reported.
